Mark Solonick

Mark Solonick, CPA has extensive work experience in the field of audit and finance. Mark is currently serving as the Vice President and Head of Corporate Audit Services at Consensus Cloud Solutions since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at j2 Global from 2013 to 2021, holding the position of Director of Internal Audit - j2 Global Digital Media from May 2015 to October 2021, and Manager, Internal Audit - Ziff Davis Division from June 2013 to May 2015.

Before joining j2 Global, Mark worked at Pernod Ricard as a Finance Manager in New Jersey from March 2012 to June 2013. Mark also held the roles of Manager, Internal Audit from September 2011 to March 2012, and Senior Auditor from January 2010 to September 2011.

Mark's previous experiences include working at The Nielsen Company as an Internal Audit Manager from August 2008 to December 2009, Sony Corporation of America as a Senior Auditor from June 2006 to July 2008, PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Experienced Associate from July 2004 to March 2006, and Ernst & Young as an Experienced Staff from October 2002 to June 2004.

Mark began their career as an Intern in Business Assurance at Arthur Andersen in May 2001.

Mark Solonick, CPA obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Richmond between 1998 and 2002. Prior to that, they attended Xavier High School in Middletown, Connecticut from 1994 to 1998.
