Debbie Franco

Debbie Franco has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Debbie started their career as an RN at Emerald Health Services in 1991 and worked there until 2006. After that, they joined Care Alternatives Hospice as a Case Manager from 2006 to 2008. Debbie then transitioned to Bergen Regional Medical Center, where they worked as a Case Manager for utilization review and discharge planning from 2008 to 2011. In 2011, they became a Population Care Coordinator at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, where they worked until 2012. From 2013 to 2021, they held multiple roles at Vanguard Medical Group Primary Care, including the position of Patient Care Coordinator. During this time, they developed relationships with hospitals and worked on case management activities. Finally, since 2021, Debbie has been working at Consensus Health as an RN Care Manager II.

Debbie Franco obtained their high school diploma in College Prep from Parsippany Hills High School in the years 1972-1976. Following that, they attended Orange Memorial School of Nursing from 1977-1980, where they earned their diploma in Nursing. In 2012, Debbie earned their Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Saint Elizabeth University. Furthermore, in the same year, they obtained a certification as a Certified Case Manager from The Commission for Case Management Certification.
