Karen Honoré

Karen (Kay) Honoré has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Practice Transformation Specialist III (Population Health Manager) at Consensus Health since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Care Manager at Holy Redeemer Health System from 2019 to 2022, where they managed a daily caseload of patients, created care plans, and conducted utilization reviews.

Karen (Kay) also served as a Volunteer at Eastern Service Workers Assoc from 2014 to 2020, providing assistance and support. Additionally, they worked as an Adoption Care Manager and later as an After Care Worker at Turning Points for Children from 2016 to 2019, where they provided case management services and completed mandated reports.

Afterwards, Karen pursued a Master of Science degree in Public Health Management and Administration at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine from 2020 to 2022. Following this, they furthered their education at Temple University, earning a Graduate Certification in Gender Sexuality and Women's Studies from 2021 to 2023.

In addition to their degrees, Karen has achieved several certifications. Karen (Kay) completed a Decision Making and Problem Solving certification at FEMA in November 2021, as well as a Leadership and Influence certification from the same institution. Furthermore, they obtained a Conflict Resolutions certification from Temple University in April 2012.
