Lateya Foxx has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Lateya started their career at L'Oreal USA as a Staff Accountant, where they maintained purchase order processing systems, processed accounts payable and receivables paperwork, and performed journal entry and general ledger work. Lateya then moved on to PwC as an Auditor, where they tested income statement and balance sheet accounts and controls for reporting accuracy. Lateya was selected to participate in high profile meetings to report audit findings and collaborate with multiple clients. Lateya then joined TPS as a Tax Consultant before transitioning to the New Brunswick Board of Education as a Substitute Teacher, where they stabilized classrooms and prepared students for state exams. Lateya then joined New Jersey Mentor as a Program Manager, where they established systems to organize workload for a team of 20+ members, managed a budget of $96,000, and streamlined all programs. In their most recent position at Continuum Health as a Cash Accountant, they monitored cash flows and made timely decisions to align with the organization's financial plan, resulting in increased reported cash and new processes with work instructions to support changes. Throughout their career, Lateya has demonstrated their financial, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Lateya Foxx has a diverse education history. Lateya obtained their Master of Divinity degree in Urban Ministry from New Brunswick Theological Seminary, graduating in 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting at Virginia State University from 2001 to 2006. Lateya Foxx also obtained their high school diploma from New Brunswick High School in 2001. In addition to their formal education, Lateya Foxx has acquired additional certifications.
