The Strategic Planning Team at Consensus is responsible for guiding the company's long-term direction and growth. Comprising the Head Of Learning And Organisational Development, the Strategic Project Manager, and the Developments And M&A Director, the team focuses on identifying key opportunities for expansion, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring alignment with the company’s mission to empower individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
