Aalok Gupta

Aalok Gupta is the Regional Lead for APAC at Consensus. Prior to this, they were with HSBC for over 10 years, where they headed Human Resources Development for 3 global roles. Aalok has also worked with the Aalok Gupta Co. in the past. Aalok Gupta is experienced in leading and driving business performance through building, defining and delivering the People Development Strategy. Aalok has also been responsible for the development & execution of LTROD (Learning, Talent, Resourcing & Organization Development) initiatives for Commercial Banking (CMB).

Aalok Gupta has an executive education from Duke University in organization change and executive presence. Aalok also has an MBA in international business management from The ICFAI University in Dehradun. In addition, they have certifications from Harvard Business School in creativity and innovation in the global marketplace, HumanTechnics in advance course in executive coaching, and E.H.C. in communication skills and people performance management.
