Eitam Shacham

Eitam Shacham has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Eitam has held positions as a Customer Success Manager and Director at ConsenSys, where they built a global Customer Success Team for blockchain ventures. Prior to this, they worked as a Regional Manager at Micro Focus and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, leading a team focused on enterprise customers and increasing customer retention. Eitam also served as a Manager of the Customer Success team at HPE SaaS, leading a team of CSMs covering over 150 SaaS customers across North America. Earlier in their career, Eitam held roles such as Senior Customer Success Manager at HP SaaS, Alliance Manager at Centerity Systems Inc, Director of Business Development and Operations at Wizcom Technologies, and Director of the International Division at Isaac's Moving. Eitam began their career at ACNielsen as a Client Executive Service Manager and later worked as a Financial & Business Monitoring Director at Elite-Strauss Industries ltd. Eitam also served as the Director of Undercover Security Officers Division at GAMA Management & Investment. Throughout their career, Eitam has consistently demonstrated abilities in team leadership, customer success management, and operational efficiency.

Eitam Shacham completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Lincolnshire and attended the University of Phoenix from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained an MBA in Business Administration Global Management.
