James Wicker has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. James started their career as an Analyst at SustainAbility, where they worked on sustainability strategy projects for clients such as Nestlé and Nike. James then became a Manager at SustainAbility, overseeing long-term sustainability strategy projects and managing the Trends and Intelligence team. After that, they worked as a CSR and Sustainability Consultant at Deloitte.

Moving on, James served as the Brand Management Advisor for luxury womenswear brand Diane de Malherbe, where they designed the website and managed promotional content and social media presence. James then co-founded Posterity VR and served as its Chief Marketing Officer.
