Jay Christensen is a seasoned professional in UX Program Management, DesignOps, and Design Systems, currently serving as the Design System Product Manager for MetaMask at Consensys since 2024. Prior to this, Jay held several leadership roles, including President and Co-Founder of PLY Interactive, Inc. from 2002 to 2009, and Sr. Director of UX at Lighthouse from 2020 to 2024, where they drove significant advancements in user experience across a diverse product portfolio. Jay has also managed UX operations at Nordstrom and directed the award-winning Edison Design System at GE Healthcare. They hold a BA from SBGE at Seattle Pacific University and continue to pursue education at The Interaction Design Foundation and The Art Institutes.
