Matt Cramer is currently the Vice President of Corporate Development at Consensys, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as a Strategic Investments Executive Director at J.P. Morgan and held various roles, including Investment Banking Associate and Summer Analyst, within the same company. With experience as a Senior Consultant at Booz & Company, Matt has also contributed as a Board Member and Board Observer for several organizations, including MEMX and GeoWealth. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Northwestern University and an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
