Nathnael Fikru

Nathnael Fikru is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in decentralized infrastructure and risk management systems. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Consensys, Nathnael leads initiatives for developing a decentralized blockchain access protocol and played a pivotal role in migrating Infura's billing system to a more scalable architecture. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Sezzle, where Nathnael directed the Merchant Risk Engineering team, developed fraud detection systems, and contributed to risk analytics tools. Additionally, Nathnael has worked with various technologies across multiple companies, including Datica, ONE20 Inc., and a student-led startup, and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology Infrastructure from the University of Minnesota.
