Tamar Ephrath

Tamar Ephrath has extensive experience in product management and strategy, with a focus on customer experience. Tamar is currently the Customer Strategy and Product Team Lead at ConsenSys, where they lead the Customer Experience Products team and oversees strategy, monetization, and GTM for B2B/B2C customer experience.

Prior to their current role, Tamar worked as a Senior Staff Product Manager at GE Digital, where they led the commercialization and BizOps product line across all functions. Tamar conducted market research and competitive analysis to identify market needs, established product strategy through value proposition, and designed scalable and flexible solutions.

Before joining GE Digital, Tamar held the position of Senior Product Manager at Nurego, an acquired company by GE Digital. Tamar managed the full product life-cycle, including product positioning, competitive differentiation, and road-map definition.

Tamar also has experience at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Product Manager, where they conducted ROI review, market research, and competitive analysis. Tamar led the product from planning through development, deployment, and maintenance.

Earlier in their career, Tamar worked at IDF C4I & Cyber Security Directorate in various roles, including Director of Program Management, Director of Product Management, Senior Product Manager, and R&D Team Lead. In these roles, they managed teams, developed product vision and strategy, and worked closely with customers to deliver software solutions.

Tamar Ephrath has a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo, which was obtained from 2006 to 2010. Prior to this, Tamar also pursued software development studies at the IDF - School of Computer Science (Mamram) in 1999. In addition to their degrees, Tamar has obtained certifications in ITIL V3 Foundation, Advanced Project Management, and Business Analysis from various institutions.
