Ken Simon has more than 40 years’ experience as a judge, litigator, and mediator. Ken worked for several years in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement in Washington, D.C., where he was an Assistant Director of Enforcement as well as Branch Chief. He is a member of Best Lawyers in America, the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals, Alabama SuperLawyers, Mid-South SuperLawyers, the Academy of Court-Appointed Masters, and is a Fellow of the Alabama Law Foundation and the Birmingham Bar Foundation. In 2017, he received the MLK Dream Keepers Award for Social Justice, as presented by the Southern Christian Leadership Conference.
