Michele Arquette-Palermo

Michele Arquette-Palermo is currently the Chief Program Officer at Conservancy of Southwest Florida, overseeing program directors and education managers to ensure alignment with the organization's mission. Previously, Michele held roles such as Water Policy Manager, Director of Community Engagement, and Head of Freshwater Forum at various organizations. Michele has a Master of Science in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Walden University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology with an Ecology Emphasis from Northern Michigan University.
