Environmental and Wildlife Management

The Environmental and Wildlife Management team at the Conservancy of Southwest Florida focuses on protecting and rehabilitating the region's diverse ecosystems and wildlife. This team conducts scientific research, implements conservation policies, and manages wildlife rehabilitation efforts, including the treatment of over 3,200 animals annually at the von Arx Wildlife Hospital. Through their work, they aim to promote sustainable environmental practices and educate the community about the importance of preserving Southwest Florida’s natural habitats.
