Jennifer Stoffel

Director at Conservation Corps

Jennifer is a Professor of Biology at Upper Iowa University in Fayette, Iowa where she teaches Conservation Management and Biology majors. Jennifer has been a member of the organization since the summer of 2022. Jennifer holds of Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in chemistry, a Master of Science in Forestry, and a Ph.D. in Forestry with a minor in Soil Science. Jennifer’s studies and travels have taken her all around North America to a wide variety of biomes including hardwood forests, temperate forests, boreal forests, tall grass prairies, and desert shrublands. Jennifer grew up on a small farm in NE Iowa and is happy to bring her passion for educating the next generation in management techniques that promote natural systems while improving water quality.
