Carolyn Hicks

Carolyn Hicks serves as the Senior Director of Finance and Operations at Conservation International, a position held since January 2009, where responsibility includes developing and managing the Center for Oceans budget, which integrates both public and private donor sources, as well as creating budgets for various proposals. Prior experience includes working as a Staff Accountant at the United States Navy from June 2006 to January 2009, and a Budget Season Detailee at the Office of Management and Budget from November 2007 to February 2008, where analysis of historical fiscal data informed federal agencies' monetary requests. Carolyn Hicks holds an M.S. in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island and a B.S. in Accounting from Miami University.
