Elina Balayan

Elina Balayan holds the position of Global Mobility Director at Conservation International since March 2024, bringing extensive experience in global mobility and immigration. Previously, Elina served as a Senior Specialist in Immigration & Global Mobility at Novavax from May 2021 to February 2024, where responsibilities included managing US work visa processes and coordinating relocation logistics. Prior to this, Elina worked as a Program Manager for Cultural Vistas, facilitating exchanges under the International Exchange Visitor Program, and as an International Assignment Specialist at Lockheed Martin, focusing on immigration and expatriate services. Elina's career began at the International Center for Language Studies, contributing to the Exchange Visitor Program. Elina holds a Master of Arts in International Communication from American University and a BA/MA in Library Science and Management from Moscow State University of Culture.
