Marília dos Reis Martins

Marília dos Reis Martins is a seasoned professional in the fields of carbon finance and climate impact, currently serving as the Senior Director of Carbon Finance Origination & Deal Lead for the Americas at Conservation International since April 2025. Prior experience includes roles at CrossBoundary from November 2019 to April 2025, where Marília held multiple positions including Managing Director and Principal in Climate & Nature. Previously, Marília worked as a Director at Lion's Head Global Partners and also gained experience in business development at Simprints and corporate social responsibility at Tata Group. As a co-founder of Colibrii, Marília contributed to social enterprise initiatives focused on upcycling. Marília's early career included roles at Governo do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul and Deloitte Brasil, complemented by a solid educational background with Master's degrees from the University of Cambridge and the London School of Economics, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Economics from UFRGS.
