Terry McCarthy

Terry McCarthy is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and management across various industries. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Serant Partners, LLC since March 2014, Terry focuses on helping businesses grow by addressing opportunities and challenges to enhance revenue and value. As Managing Partner at T&E Building Partners, Inc. and Board Member for Conservation Labs, Terry also contributes to real estate development and environmental sustainability efforts. Previous roles include President and COO of Inte Q, where Terry enhanced customer relations through loyalty programs, and advisory positions with Velocidi and iLead Marketing. Additionally, Terry was instrumental in transforming The Allant Group into a leader in the database marketing sector during a long tenure as President and CEO. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Northern Illinois University.
