Jillian Aicher currently serves as an Equal Justice Works Fellow at the Conservation Law Foundation, a position held since September 2023. Prior experience includes contributions as a Cavers Intern at the same organization from May to August 2022, and as a Summer Law Clerk at Earthjustice in June to August 2021. Jillian has also completed a Judicial Internship at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, alongside a Legal Internship at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 2. Earlier roles include being a Program Intern at the International Conservation Caucus Foundation and an Energy Communications Intern at the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC). Jillian holds a Master of Environmental Management from the Yale School of the Environment (2021-2023) and a Doctor of Law (JD) from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University (2019-2023), along with a Bachelor's degree in English (major) and Environmental Studies (minor) from Georgetown University (2015-2019).
