Marianne Dolan

Marianne Dolan is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership, community engagement, and creative initiatives. Currently serving as Team Leader at The Conservation Volunteers since June 2022, Marianne collaborates with communities to address real-life challenges through practical solutions. Previously, as Director of Asomo Crafts Ltd from June 2012 to July 2022, Marianne owned a craft shop that facilitated various classes and services for creative individuals. Additionally, Marianne held the position of Library Team Manager at Hampshire County Council from December 2016 to April 2022, guiding a team to enhance library services and literacy in local communities. Earlier career roles include HR Manager at Mobisphere and Human Resources at Eurotunnel. Marianne holds a BSc in Marine Biology from Newcastle University and completed a program at Hult Ashridge in 2008.
