Nicola Woodward

Nicola Woodward has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Nicola is currently working as the Head of People Services at The Conservation Volunteers since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Deputy Director of People at Joseph Rowntree Foundation from October 2020 to January 2023. Before that, they worked as an HR Manager at Wakefield & District Housing from April 2018 to October 2020. Nicola previously held the role of Head of People Services at The Conservation Volunteers from January 2017 to January 2018. Nicola also has experience in Lloyds Banking Group, where they served as the Head of HR for Halifax Bank and subsequently as an Interim HR Director for Operations. Additionally, they held roles as the Head of HR for Group Operations and as an Interim HR Director for Group IT at Lloyds Banking Group. Nicola's work experience also includes various HR Manager, HR Business Partner, and Business roles at Halifax from November 1992 to September 2009.

Nicola Woodward attended Horbury High School but their degree and field of study are unknown. Nicola then pursued a degree in Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development at The University of Huddersfield from 2000 to 2002.
