Jalen Brooks-Knepfle

Jalen Brooks-Knepfle has a diverse range of work experience. In 2016, they worked as a Web Copy Writer at the Clemson University Academic Success Center. From 2017 to 2018, they interned at Blue Bicycle Books. In 2018, they managed the Writing Lab at the College of Charleston Center for Student Learning and also worked as a Writing Lab Consultant from 2015 to 2018. From 2016 to 2018, they interned at the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) as a Copyright and Corporate Communications Intern. In 2019, they served as an Energy Law Research Assistant and Office of Career Services Intern at the University of South Carolina School of Law. In 2020, they worked as a Summer Law Clerk at the South Carolina Environmental Law Project. In 2021, they held the role of Energy Law Intern at the Coastal Conservation League, as well as the position of Constitutional Law Tutor at the University of South Carolina School of Law. Currently, they are working as an Energy Project Manager at Conservation Voters of South Carolina.

Jalen Brooks-Knepfle's education history begins with their Bachelor of Arts degree, which they earned from the College of Charleston. They graduated summa cum laude in the year 2018. Their majors during this time were English and international studies, with a minor in environmental studies.
