Jessica Booker

Jessica Booker, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience that spans over 13 years. Jessica began their career at SUNY Cortland in 2007, where they worked in Student Employment Services until 2010. In 2010, they joined ConServe, starting as a Human Resources Assistant and gradually progressing to roles with increasing responsibility. Jessica worked as an Employee Relations Specialist from January 2012 to February 2014, followed by a promotion to Manager of Employee Relations from March 2014 to April 2018. From April 2018 to April 2020, they held the position of Manager of Employee Relations & Benefits, and they are currently serving as the Director of Employee Relations & Benefits at ConServe. Jessica's work experience demonstrates their expertise in employee relations and benefits management.

Jessica Booker, SHRM-CP, obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the State University of New York Cortland, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their degree, they have also earned certifications in the field of Human Resources. Jessica obtained the PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) in January 2012, and the SHRM-CP (Certified Professional) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management in June 2015.
