Susan Geisler

Susan Geisler has over 25 years of diverse experience in human resources and technology roles, currently serving as the Manager of HRIS & Payroll at ConServe since July 2009. In this position, Susan leads the HRIS team, ensuring efficient support of HR, Payroll, and Benefits functions. Previous roles at ConServe include Sr HRIS Analyst and HRIS Specialist, where responsibilities involved overseeing HRIS operations and supporting Talent Acquisition. Prior to ConServe, Susan worked at Burns Personnel as an Associate Placement Supervisor and at State Road School as a Math Resource Teacher. Additionally, experience at Eastman Kodak as a Systems Analyst contributes to a well-rounded professional background. Susan Geisler holds a Master’s degree in Elementary Education from Nazareth University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Salisbury University.
