Jeff Smedley

Jeff Smedley is an experienced sales leader with a strong background in the multifamily and energy management industries. Currently serving as the National Sales Manager for Conservice The Utility Experts® since January 2019, Jeff previously held prominent roles at LeaseHawk as Senior Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer, where Jeff contributed to a multi-channel platform that enhanced leasing processes. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of Sales at AUM INC., Vice President at CallSource, and Vice President at Network Communications, where Jeff led teams that achieved significant revenue growth. Additionally, Jeff founded Wave III Publishing and launched The Apartment Professional Magazine, providing valuable insights to multifamily community owners and managers. Jeff holds a BA in Political Science from The Ohio State University.
