Amit Oberoi

Amit O. serves as the Group Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chairman at the Considerate Constructors Scheme since January 2022 and holds various leadership roles, including Non Executive Chairman and Non Executive Director. Additionally, Amit is a Safety Promotion Committee Member at the European Union Aviation Safety Agency and the Founder of The Resilience Factor, focusing on resilience and performance research. Co-founding the Tier One Teams program at Coyle Group, Amit has established a unique Third Party Risk Management initiative. Advisory roles include serving at Keyframe and the University of Oxford as a Resident Resilience Coach, alongside roles as Neurotherapist and Peak Performance Coach through Amit Oberoi.com. Previous positions include Vice President and Chief of Operations EMEA at Damstra Technology, Global Head of Risk at Deliveroo, and Director at Deloitte. Amit's educational background includes degrees in Occupational Health and Safety Management, Human Resources, and Neuroscience from RMIT University and La Trobe University, as well as pilot training from the Royal Victorian Aero Club.
