Jean Lotin has extensive experience in the construction and design industry. They started their career as a Project Management Intern at Shawmut Design and Construction, where they assisted in architectural drawings and project close-out activities. They then worked as an Architecture Design Assistant at Overland Partners, supporting architectural teams in producing construction drawings and presenting concepts to clients.

Jean then joined Shawmut Design and Construction again as an Estimating Assistant, where they prepared pre-construction budgets, managed funds, and ensured trade time frames aligned with project schedules. They also worked as a Junior Designer at Bergmeyer Associates, preparing feasibility reports, conducting site surveys, and negotiating client requirements.

Subsequently, Jean took on the role of Assistant Project Manager at JE Dunn Construction, where they assisted the Project Estimator in securing subcontractor bids and maintained accurate records of contract document changes. They later joined Skanska USA as an Assistant Project Manager, responsible for reviewing project bids, managing subcontractors' schedules and payments, and compiling reports for Project Executives and clients.

Currently, Jean is working as a Project Manager at Consigli Construction Co., Inc., where they continue to oversee construction projects. Jean's work experience showcases their expertise in project management, design, estimating, and subcontractor coordination.

Jean Lotin earned a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from Northeastern University, where they studied from 2009 to 2014. Jean then pursued a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering with a Construction Management Concentration at Vanderbilt University from 2014 to 2015. Jean Lotin also obtained their high school diploma from the John D. O'Bryant School of Mathematics & Science in 2009. In terms of certifications, they have a Construction Supervisor's License from the Massachusetts Department of Public Safety, Board of Building Regulations and Standards, which they obtained in December 2016. Jean also holds an OSHA 30 certification from ClickSafety, obtained in August 2015. Additionally, Jean Lotin is a LEED AP (Accredited Professional) BD+C, certified by the Green Building Certification Institute.
