Justin Pollard

Justin Pollard began their work experience in 2009 as an OMLP Intern at General Electric, where they worked on identifying and removing inefficiencies in the manufacturing plant. Justin also created tool, gage, and fixture kits for top machine jobs, leading to a reduction in setup times. Additionally, Justin reorganized the WIP warehouse to decrease lead times.

After their internship, Justin joined Consigli Construction Co., Inc. in 2010 as a Project Engineer. Justin then progressed to roles such as Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, and currently holds the position of Senior Project Manager.

Justin Pollard attended Worcester Polytechnic Institute from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
