Kelsey Holt has a diverse work experience in the construction and design industry. They started their career as an Administrative/Project Assistant at Bridgewater State University, where they handled CAD drawings, administrative tasks, and managed small renovation projects. They then worked as a Peer Tutor at Wentworth Institute of Technology before joining Boston University as an Assistant Designer in Facilities Management & Planning. At Boston University, they collaborated with clients to identify renovation needs, developed design documents, and applied building code requirements. Subsequently, they worked as an Architectural Designer at Ai3 Architects, LLC, where they contributed to the design and construction of K-12 educational and municipal projects. Following that, they returned to Boston University as an Assistant Designer, focusing on Facilities Management & Planning. They then joined Dellbrook | JKS, initially as an Assistant Project Manager and later promoted to Project Manager. Most recently, Kelsey joined Consigli Construction Co., Inc. as a Project Manager.
Kelsey Holt's education history begins in 2003 at Cardinal Spellman High School, where they completed their secondary education. Kelsey then attended Wentworth Institute of Technology from 2007 to 2011, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design. In 2012, Kelsey returned to Wentworth Institute of Technology to pursue further education in Construction Management, completing a Professional Certificate program in the same field. Kelsey also obtained a Master of Science degree in Construction Management from the institute, which they completed in 2014. Throughout their career, Kelsey has acquired additional certifications, including a Certified Health Care Physical Environment Worker certification from the American Society for Health Care Engineering (ASHE) in March 2022, an OSHA 10-Hour certification from the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission in December 2013, and an Unrestricted Construction Supervisor License from the Massachusetts Department of Public Health in June 2019.
