Anuradha D. is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Consilio LLC since April 2025. Previously, Anuradha worked as an HR Training Faculty at MaFoi Group and held various roles at Microsoft, including HR Consultant and HRBP/TA Lead for Xandr. Anuradha also contributed to Xandr as an HR Business Partner/TA Lead in India and spent nearly a decade at AT&T as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Anuradha holds an Executive MBA in Human Resources Development from XLRI and an MBA in Human Resources Management from The ICFAI University, Tripura.
