David Moran

David Moran is an experienced executive specializing in shared services and M&A integration, currently serving as Executive Vice President at Consilio LLC since May 2021. Previously, David held the position of President and Chief Operating Officer at Xact Data Discovery from June 2018 to May 2021, where significant business growth and recapitalization occurred. In a prior role as Chief Human Resources Officer at Carlson Wagonlit Travel, David was instrumental in transitioning the company to a performance-based culture and establishing global HR shared services. With extensive experience in various leadership roles in human resources and operations at Carlson Wagonlit Travel, including managing acquisitions and global accounts, David also brings prior consulting experience from Hibernian Consulting and HR roles at leading companies. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
