Eric Schultenover

Eric Schultenover serves as Executive Director of Enterprise Legal at Consilio LLC since July 2011, leading a global team in providing consulting, eDiscovery, legal technology, managed solutions, and flexible legal talent engagement services to corporations and law firms. Prior to joining Consilio, Schultenover worked at Waller Lansden Dortch and Davis from 2000 to 2011, advancing from Associate to Partner within the Finance and Restructuring Group, focusing on corporate restructurings and representing various stakeholders in distressed asset transactions. Schultenover earned a Juris Doctor from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in history and government from the University of Notre Dame.
