Melissa Wurster

Melissa Wurster, CEDS, is an experienced professional currently serving as Principal, Client Experience at Consilio LLC since October 2021. Prior to this role, Melissa held various positions at Ricoh USA, Inc. from November 2008 to October 2021, including eDiscovery Client Services Manager and Senior Project Manager Team Lead. Earlier experience includes work as a Technical Document Specialist and Customer Service Representative at IKON Office Solutions and as a Legal Recruiter and Executive Assistant at Newinco. Melissa holds a BA in Political Science and Philosophy from the University of Pittsburgh and has furthered her education at Cornell University, earning credentials in Change Leadership and Executive Leadership within the realm of Organizational Leadership.
