Norm Rippon

Norm Rippon is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and product engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Product Engineering at Consilio LLC since July 2008, Norm leads a team focused on evolving enterprise systems architecture and has successfully directed the strategic separation of legacy monolithic systems into modular solutions. Previous roles include Application Engineer at DiscoverReady, where Norm worked on electronic data processing and E-Discovery, and Senior Software Developer at ACT Litigation Services. Earlier in the career, Norm held positions as President/Owner of Concept Forward, Inc., and President of Stratus Solutions, Inc., as well as Director of Information Technology at Triline Medical, LLC. Expertise includes programming languages such as Ruby and C#, as well as a deep understanding of E-Discovery technologies.
