Rex Edwards

Rex Edwards is an accomplished corporate transactional attorney with extensive experience in complex commercial contracts, software, real estate, and corporate governance. Previously the General Counsel and Secretary at Jazz Semiconductor, they managed legal matters globally, contributed to a significant acquisition, and revamped corporate policies. Rex has also held senior positions at Qualcomm and Memec, and is currently a Senior Associate at Grant, Genovese & Baratta, LLP and Senior Legal Counsel at Consilio LLC. They are actively pursuing a BS in Business Administration at the University of Arizona and a JD at California Western School of Law.
