Richard Stout

Richard Stout is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the VP of Strategic Review Services at Consilio LLC since January 2022. Previously, Richard held the position of SVP for the U.S. Managed Review Division at Legility from 2009 to 2022 and served as Vice President of Resource Development at Counsel On Call from 2007 to 2009. Richard's early career included roles as an Attorney at Colbert and Winstead in 2001-2002 and at Baker, Donelson, Bearman & Caldwell from 1997 to 2001. Richard earned a Juris Doctor degree from SMU Dedman School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Rhodes College.
