Tom Groom

Tom Groom is a retired professional with over 40 years of experience in the computer, geospatial, and eDiscovery industries. Following a distinguished career, Tom currently resides in Barbados, where Tom works as a Dive Master for Barbados Blue and plays bass at Harvest Bible Chapel. Previously, Tom held significant leadership roles at multiple companies, including Division Director and Senior Consultant at Consilio LLC, Vice President and Managing Director at Special Counsel, and Vice President of Discovery Engineering at D4 LLC. Tom's expertise encompasses designing and implementing eDiscovery workflows and consulting on electronic evidence management best practices, along with a strong foundation in sales from earlier positions at IKON and IBM. Tom holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas.
