Consilium Academies was approved as a Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) and academy sponsor in January 2015. We have three hubs and eight schools supported by a Central Team. We do not have a lead school instead, we operate a partnership approach with a strong governance structure that includes a Members Board, Trust Board, and individual Local Governance Boards.

The Education Team at Consilium Academies is dedicated to providing high-quality, inclusive education across our schools. This team, composed of roles such as Leader of Education, Associate Assistant Headteacher, and various subject-specific teachers, works collaboratively to develop and implement educational strategies, improve school performance, and support both students' academic and personal growth. Their efforts are aligned with our mission to enrich lives and inspire ambitions, ensuring all students have the opportunities and support they need to achieve their full potential.
