Oscar Newson

Oscar is a director and head of research at Consilium Global Advisors and a senior data analyst at Consilium Intelligence. He has worked directly for CEOs and heads of business on strategic mandates across alternatives, investment banking and global markets in EMEA, the Americas and Asia Pacific.

Oscar has 14 years’ experience in executive search. Prior to the Consilium Group, he was an engagement manager in the financial services practice at Heidrick & Struggles for five years. He worked on a wide range of mandates across global markets, capital markets and alternatives. Previously he worked for an international financial services boutique.
