Madusha Ariyarathne

Madusha Ariyarathne has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Madusha started their career as a Trainee Data Analyst at Breakthrough Intelligence in 2012, followed by an Intern role at MAS in 2013.

In 2014, Madusha joined KPMG Sri Lanka as an Analyst and later became an Associate Consultant in Operations & Business Analytics. Madusha also worked as a Trainee at KPMG Sri Lanka during this time.

From 2016 to 2018, Madusha worked at Zion Holdings, initially as a Freelance Consultant and then as an Assistant Manager and later as a Manager in Operations & Analytics.

In 2016, Madusha also joined WNS Global Services as a Senior Associate in Data Analytics and Visualization.

Madusha then joined Brandix, where they held multiple roles. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as an Assistant Manager and later as a Manager in Projects, leading the project management office and overseeing business expansions and strategic initiatives.

In May 2022, Madusha joined Brandix Intimate India, Vizag as a Manager in the Production Controlling Unit, where they managed the merger of two plants and ensured on-time delivery. Madusha also streamlined processes and implemented SOPs in collaboration with cross-functional teams in Sri Lanka and India.

In 2023, Madusha worked at Tru Earth as a Production Associate, responsible for assembling products and identifying process bottlenecks to implement solutions.

Currently, Madusha is working as a Project Coordinator at Consilium Safety Group since June 2023.

Madusha Ariyarathne began their education in 2000 at Dharmapala Vidyalaya in Pannipitiya. Madusha attended this school until 2007, although no specific degree or field of study is provided for this period. In 2008, they enrolled at the University of Colombo, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics. Madusha completed their undergraduate studies in 2013. From 2012 to 2016, Madusha Ariyarathne pursued a Higher Diploma from the Certified Management Accountancy (CMA) program, with a focus on Management Accounting, Financial Accounting, Business tax and law, Business Management, and Economics. Finally, in 2018, they attended Cardiff Metropolitan University to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, with a field of study in General Studies. Madusha completed their MBA in 2019.
