Mattias started their career in 2008 as a Workshop Engineer at Consilium Marine & Safety AB, where they provided technical support and service for various systems. Mattias then progressed to roles such as Project Engineer and Service Engineer, gaining experience in fire detection systems, gas detection systems, gas sampling systems, and emission monitoring systems. In 2015, they joined Consilium Marine Korea LTD as a Project Engineer, specializing in gas detection, gas sampling, and fire detection systems for LNG and tanker segments. Mattias provided technical support to external customers and other project departments within Consilium worldwide. In 2019, they became a Project Manager at CONSILIUM MARINE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, and in 2020, they transitioned to the role of Manager - Global Operations Engineering at Consilium Safety Group.
