Stan Gilliland

Stan Gilliland, PhD, is a Managing Partner in R&D Materials Science at Consilium Sciences, LLC. Prior to this role, Stan held the same position at Venebio Group, LLC, a global network of experienced scientists providing custom solutions to the life sciences industry. Stan also serves as an Affiliated Senior Scientist at Virginia Commonwealth University - College of Engineering, where Stan supports research in solid-supported catalysis for pharmaceutical and petrochemical industries. With a background in nanotechnology, inorganic chemistry, and biotechnology, Stan's research focuses on catalyst synthesis, characterization, and optimization.
