Dareon Albers is an experienced professional with a diverse background in account management, finance, and hospitality. Currently serving as the Director of Account Management at Consilium Staffing since May 2022, Dareon previously held the role of Financial Representative with Frisco Financial Group from December 2021 to May 2022, where engagement with The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America®️ occurred. Prior experience in the hospitality sector includes positions as Bar Manager at Lava Cantina and Assistant Bar Manager at Sambuca360, bringing over six years of management experience in bars and restaurants, as well as substantial skills in high-pressure environments. Dareon holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Political Science and Economics from Florida State University, attended Huntingdon College, and is well-versed in both Front of House and Back of House operations.
