Izzat Jaradat is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in client relations, business development, and research analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Research Analyst at Russell Reynolds Associates since July 2024, Izzat previously held roles as a Client Executive and Business Development Representative at 3PRO from September 2023 to July 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Client Operations Manager and Non-IT Sales Coordinator at Dexian from July 2021 to July 2023. Izzat holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Human Resources Management from Baylor University, completed in May 2021.
