Michele Canalini

Michele Canalini is a seasoned IT procurement expert and founder of V-Learn, with extensive experience in public procurement and project management. Since 1999, Michele has served as IT Procurement Manager at Consip S.p.A., overseeing various procurement processes and managing projects related to documents and workflow systems for the Ministry of Economy and Finance. Michele has contributed to academia as a lecturer in cybersecurity, data protection, and procurement management at various institutions from 2009 to 2020. Additionally, Michele has provided technical consultancy in the ICT sector for the Civil and Criminal Court of Rome, and participated in significant projects for the European Commission and the Italian Digital Agency. Michele holds a Master of Engineering from the University of Rome Tor Vergata, a postdegree in banking disciplines from Università La Sapienza di Roma, and a degree in Economics from Sapienza Università di Roma.
