Currently serving as a freelance functional consultant for Oracle since January 2024, Miguel has also held the position of project leader at Consis International CA since January 2012, where responsibilities include resource allocation, priority management, client interaction coordination, and ensuring project integrity and quality. Previously, Miguel worked as a systems analyst at the Environmental Assessment and Oversight Agency (OEFA) from August 2010 to October 2011 and as a systems analyst at Rimac Seguros y Reaseguros between April 2000 and December 2001, focusing on application development using Oracle Developer tools. Miguel holds a Bachelor's degree in System Engineering from Atlantic International University.
