Aimee Hubbard currently serves as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Consistent Care and the Human Resources Director at Ray's Infused Lemonade, both from November 2023. Additionally, Aimee holds the position of Executive Director at THAYER CONSULTING LLC since March 2024. Previous experience includes working as a Project Manager for AbilityOne Projects from July 2018 to June 2020, and as the Department Manager for Washington State Correctional Industries from April 2014 to July 2017. Aimee's extensive leadership background encompasses serving as the Executive Director of Business Operations at Northern Quest Resort & Casino from August 2007 to September 2013, where significant negotiations in global partnerships were managed. Aimee's educational credentials include certifications in Leadership and Human Resources Management from Western Governors University, alongside various qualifications in food safety and training development. Aimee is also a member of the NSLS Honor Society since April 2023.

At Consistent Care, we believe that frequent users of the Emergency Departments of Hosptials (ED) are best served by engaging the resources of the entire community beyond the limitations of the traditional health care setting. Each enrollee receives individualized support from a team of RN Case Managers and Client Advocates who empower our patients and break down barriers to access such as homelessness, food insecurity, or transportation issues. Clients receive the tools they need to take back their lives and become successful contributors in their community.
