Dion Kalicharan

Dion Kalicharan is an experienced professional in the field of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and technology implementation, currently serving as the Managing Director at Consnet since April 2004. Under Dion's leadership, Consnet has become a specialist partner in Customer Engagement and Commerce, executing key implementations across various SAP platforms. Previous roles include Principal CRM Consultant for IPM at the South African Broadcasting Corporation, where Dion focused on SAP Intellectual Property Management, and various senior consulting positions in the banking and automotive sectors, including Absa Bank and Mercedes Benz. Earlier experience includes CRM training at SAP and a business analyst role at Datavia. Dion holds a National Higher Diploma in Information Technology from the Durban University of Technology.
